Happy Winter Solstice. I know it is too early to celebrate Winter Solstice but learning a new culture is never too early or too late. Children enjoy the process making, and one of the students said, “Ms Sam, this is fun, and this is my favourite dessert!”
School holidays will start very soon, and this year we spent so much less time getting together. Eating TangYuan is one of the Chinese traditions of reunion.
