Our elementary students recently embarked on an exciting 3-day, 2-night study trip to explore marine life, providing them with a unique hands-on learning experience outside the classroom. During their adventure, they learn about marine life, fishing, beach combing and explored tide pools, and learned about a variety of sea creatures, from colorful fish to majestic seashells. The children were thrilled to see marine animals up close and gained valuable insights into ocean ecosystems and conservation efforts.
Beyond the educational aspect, the trip offered a great opportunity for the students to put their practical life skills and independence to use, as they navigated new environments, worked together in teams, and took responsibility for themselves. Filled with laughter, games, and unforgettable moments, the trip was both an enriching experience and a memorable way for the students to develop a deeper appreciation for the wonders of the sea.
